What these leak protection systems have in common is that they can connect to various pipe diameters, half-inch (1/2), three-quarter (3/4) and inch size pipes.

1. a new, integrated approach in realizing tasks for consumers;
2. the ability to organize two independent zones while maintaining functionality;
3. improvement of Wi-Fi connection, which does not allow failures in operation, as well as improved software (software) eliminating problems with connection to the “cloud” (cloud data storage);
4. finalized backup power supply, which assumes the use of a remote battery, which eliminates the problems associated with the use of batteries;
5. the use of a new chip from LoRa (Long Range) increases the distance of radio communication and its stability;
6. the frequency has been changed from 433 MHz to 868 MHz, which is allowed in the EU and given its low prevalence in the Russian Federation, the transition to it minimizes interference;
7. possibility to install LAN expansion board, which makes it possible to connect Neptun Smart system to router via twisted pair if wireless communication is unavailable (to be purchased separately);
8. use of RS-485 expansion board makes it possible to unite many Neptun water leakage protection systems into a single network (RS-485 board is purchased separately).

Protection control

As already mentioned, the system can be controlled using a smartphone. To do this, you need to download and install the SST Cloud application from the App Store or Google Play services. The application works under different operating systems – android, iOS (iPhone).

SST Cloud allows managing the system and its elements separately, as well as creating and managing several Neptun Smart systems. At the same time, several persons can have access to protection management.

In addition, it is possible to control additional devices purchased from this manufacturer via the application. For example, you can control the room temperature by remotely regulating heating radiators, heating devices or through the warm floor function. In addition, all devices can be programmed for a week in advance.
