Minimalism is not so cold, but the design of windows is very similar. The choice of colors and fabrics differs. Fabrics are smoothly dyed, without shine. This is true both for the choice of portieres and curtains.

Again, the selection of textiles for the bedroom is carried out according to the same principle: for the bedspread choose either neutral tones – white, or from the same or very similar fabric.

Country

Country style is a great place for those who like floral motifs or bright patterns in the window dressing. The design of curtains in this style can be really any. If you want, you can even sew ruffles and frills. In this style prefer to decorate bedrooms bright, cheerful people who are tired of calm shades. And, despite the recommendations of psychologists, feel great: the light passing through brightly colored fabrics creates a festive mood.

For a greater effect sew double drapes – on the lining. They turn out heavy, and this tightens the requirements for the baguette and its fastening, but the darkening is so more effective.

Double curtains are good in this regard. Not in the sense of “with lining”, but in the sense of two separate cloths, each of which has its own guide on the baguette. With this option, you can even use fabrics of different densities, creating shading of the degree that is needed at the moment. These curtains for the bedroom – a relatively recent invention, which is becoming increasingly popular: they look beautiful, and even different opportunities for darkening provide.

More convenient in handling can be a combination of Roman or roller blinds with classic curtains.

You can, for example, hang dense Roman and light curtains. If it is necessary to darken, the Roman ones are lowered, and curtains serve to ensure that the window does not look undressed. They also soften the severity of this type of curtains.
